All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the Laxmi Opticians Online Store are considered final sales. We do not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, bank transfers, or reversals of completed transactions.

7 Days Free Exchange

We offer a 7-day free exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Laxmi Opticians reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving an exchange request.

Store Credit Policy

If an exchange cannot be completed immediately or if approved under applicable circumstances, the value of the eligible item may be issued as store credit.

Store credits:

• Are issued at the sole discretion of Laxmi Opticians.
• Can be used toward future purchases on the online store.
• Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange unless required by applicable consumer protection laws:

• Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta smart glasses (not eligible for return or exchange)
• Customized or prescription eyewear
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
• Products showing signs of wear or alteration

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Costs

Exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery are free of charge. We do not charge shipping for eligible exchanges.

Laxmi Opticians reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
